Planning and Union Administration
Objective:
To bring about elements that help to make the union a democratic entity, well administered, participating and collective for a greater
effectiveness in the union action.
Content: Strategic planning, Strategic Planning of the Union Action, Union Administration and Democratic System
of Relationships in Labor (SDRT).
Status: to develop. With the approach of the final stage of production of the theoretical material of the current Program
of Formation and due to the need to think about the bases of continuation of the same, CNTE´s general office of Formation has summoned the National
Seminar for the Program of Formation to be held on March 12th and 13th, 2009.
Objectives
1. to consider the progress and the limits of the Formation of Union Leaders in our entities starting from the experience of implementation of CNTE´s current Program
of Formation;
2. to contribute to the process of elaboration of the new formation project for base entities with the use of the Internet and for the use of TICs - Technologies
of Information and Communication - in interaction projects, formation, mobilization and organization;
3. to debate the possible relationships between computer science, education, participation, mobilization and democratization;
4. to evaluate the mobilization capacity and participation offered by the use of the computer;
5. to consider the use of TICs for the implementation of the defined policies for the organs and head teams of CNTE;
6. the development of formation projects for entities with the use of TICs.
